2. Full name(s) of all the tenant(s) you wish to evict.
3. Landlord’s full address
4. Photos or videos of any property damage, including any police reports or reference numbers if available
5. Tenancy agreement
6. Landlord’s ID
7. Any other relevant documents or details you feel might help
8. Has the tenant ever reported damp, mould, or disrepair at the property?
9. Was a deposit taken, and if so, was it protected in a government-approved scheme?
10. How long has the landlord owned the property?
11. Evidence that rent has not been paid should there be rental arrears
12. Any screenshots of emails/texts/social messages to and from the tenant showing communication or lack there of
